Candidate Assessment

I am trained in the use of Korn Ferry's proprietary online assessment tool, the KF4D which assesses candidates on 4 dimensions against their competencies, experiences, traits and drivers. 

I am also qualified to undertake candidate assessments using the DISC Arc-en-Ciel (AEC) psychometric method. This assessment is a globally used, humanist and user-friendly way to evaluate the behavioral competencies and motivations of a person. It is based on the research of Carl Jung, the DISC systems of William Marston and the motivational analysis of Eduard Spranger. It focuses on the 4 key behaviors of an individual and the corresponding 4 practiced management styles. The costs of this tool are very reasonable compared with other major assessment tools.
