
Executive Search
I execute assignments from A-Z for executive search firms, as well as providing talent acquisition services to corporations. I typically handle positions with starting salaries of Eur. 120K and above. I provide complete search support for the duration of the search assignment from the establishment of the search strategy, creation of the target company list, identification of potential candidates, through to the development of screened, qualified and interested candidates. For each qualified candidate, I provide a candidate profile, plus the CV for the Client to review. At the end of each week, I provide a progress report on the status of the search. Depending on the Client's needs, I also provide other services such as talent mapping and succession pipelining, reference, educational and background checks.
