I provide complete search support for the duration of the search assignment from the establishment of the search strategy, creation of the target company list, identification of potential candidates, through to the development of screened, qualified and interested candidates. I use several cutting edge AI recruiting tools which are a good addition to LinkedIn Recruiter and my own proprietary database. Depending on the Client's needs, I also provide other services such as psychometric assessments, talent mapping, succession pipelining, reference, educational and background checks.
