I work directly onsite or virtually for clients as an Interim Talent Acquisition Consultant/Contract Recruiter. This enables companies to cover peak recruiting periods engendered by situations such as rapid company expansion, illness and parental leave. As I have an early HR background, I have a lot of experience working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Line Managers. Other areas of expertise include social media, employer branding and knowledge of ATS systems.
