  • In-depth Search Briefing

  • Drawing up of Job Specification for approval by the Client

  • Drawing up of an initial Target List of between 30-50 companies that are most relevant for the search

  • Based on the Client's initial feedback on the long list, undertaking of Teams, or face-to-face interviews if preferred

  • Use of my own proprietary database, other online databases, professional networks and sources to draw up an initial long list

  • Inclusion of market feedback on the position and client company

  • Based on the Client's initial feedback on the long list, undertaking of Skype or face-to-face interviews if preferred

  • Use of a competency-based assessment approach

  • Finalist candidates to sit the Hogan or SHL Assessment if required by the Client

  • Submission of candidate profiles for each qualified and interested candidate

  • Provision of support during the interview process to guide expectations on both sides and clarify any obstacles

  • Obtaining the necessary references

  • Undertaking educational, criminal and background checks

  • Participation in the final salary negotiations

  • Offering advice in cases of conflicting expectations
