Flexible Fee Structure According to Client Needs

Unlike the large retained executive search firms, I do not work on a retainer basis. Instead, I have a flexible fee structure that is fairer for both parties as I charge the same amount per project, independent of the compensation level. My fee structure is always based on the needs of the client. My fees are far more advantageous than many retained search firms whose fees vary according to the salary level and bonus, which leads consultants to drive up the total compensation in order to charge higher search fees.

For In-house Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruiting and Training, I charge a daily rate. For Executive Search assignments, I charge a flat project fee which is split into 3 installments: the 1st installment after the candidate identification and presentation of the initial long list, the 2nd installment upon the presentation of at least 2 qualified and interested candidates and the 3rd installment upon the conclusion of the assignment with the successful candidate. Our project fee is calculated according to the complexity of the assignment, whether it is a local or cross-border search and the amount of work involved. It is not dependent on the salary level.
